digiwebs.media is operated by PT Digitech Webs Media, a limited liability company registered in Indonesia. The information on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer: what we deliver, at what price and on what conditions is set in your account terms and, where agreed, a signed insertion order (IO).
Accounts
- Advertiser and publisher accounts are opened at app.digiwebs.media; vendor accounts at vendor.digiwebs.media. You must give accurate details and keep your login to yourself. Turning on two-step verification is strongly recommended.
- We verify every account before money first moves (personal KYC or business KYB). We may ask for more documents, refuse an account, or hold one where we suspect fraud, stolen cards, invalid traffic or a breach of these terms.
- A chargeback, card dispute or reversed payment puts the account on hold until it is resolved.
Advertisers: prepaid balance
- Campaigns run on a prepaid balance. Before you pay, you see the amount added to your balance, any payment-provider fee and the total charged.
- Balance is used for ad spend on DIGIWEBS. Refunds of unused balance are handled under the terms agreed with your account manager and are paid back only to the original payment source.
Publishers: earnings and payouts
- Earnings come from our verified delivery report for each closed month, excluding invalid traffic. Your account turns them into an invoice in your name; payment terms run from the invoice date.
- Payouts go only to a verified account in your own name, or to a third-party account you have declared in writing and we have verified. After any change of payout details, payouts are paused for 72 hours for your security.
Vendors: insertion orders
- Every purchase from a vendor runs on a numbered IO signed by both parties. Nothing is delivered, charged or paid without one.
- Each IO is written in Bahasa Indonesia and English, as Indonesian law requires for agreements with an Indonesian company. The IO states which version prevails if they differ.
- A draft binds no one until it has been reviewed, signed online by the vendor and countersigned by our Director.
- Electronic signatures are used under Indonesia's Electronic Information and Transactions Law. We keep a record of each signature: the signer's typed name and title, the time, the IP address and a fingerprint of the signed document.
Payments
We pay and get paid through licensed banks and payment providers, to and from accounts in the name of the contracting party. Parties in Indonesia pay and are paid in rupiah. USDT is available only to partners outside Indonesia and is processed by a licensed provider; DIGIWEBS itself holds only rupiah and US dollars. Withholding tax is applied as Indonesian law requires, and we issue the withholding slip.
Traffic quality
Invalid traffic, including bots, incentivized clicks without disclosure, and traffic that breaks the rules agreed for a campaign, is not billed and not paid.
Acceptable content
We do not run ads or accept inventory involving illegal products or services, malware, deceptive practices, gambling where it is unlawful, adult content involving minors, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may pause any campaign or placement that breaks these rules.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our platform. Liability under an IO is governed by that IO.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
